Forty Carrots Family Center has been awarded an $18,000 grant from the Allen Wirtz Nobbe and Jo Bowen Nobbe Fund at the Community Foundation of Sarasota County to expand its Partners in Play parenting education with weekly groups at Tuttle Elementary School.
