Our motto — “Be the One” — reflects our deeply-held belief that anyone can be a philanthropist and give back to our community, regardless of means. While not required, our staff can create Donor Advised Funds to give back in their own meaningful way. This mentality and spirit of “giving” runs deep within our organization. We truly care about our community.
Just as we listen to the needs of our community and donors, so too do we respond proactively to our employees, encouraging the development of not only professional skills, but also wellbeing and sense of purpose.
