The Friends of Manatee County Animal Services (FoMCAS) was recently honored with a $10,000 award from the Robert Parker Fund and Martha Leiter and Nancy Streetman Fund I of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County through the Animal Welfare Grant Program.

FoMCAS works hand in hand with Manatee County Animal Services to enrich the lives of shelter animals by raising funds to provide additional resources and medical care.
