As a member of the foundation's leadership team, Nicole Coudal is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, total rewards, and employee development, as well as oversight of IT and facilities.
She is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and has lived in the Sarasota area for 30-plus years, working as an HR Business Partner at several organizations, including The Zenith Insurance Co. and Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Nicole was a member of the Community Foundation leadership team from 2011 to 2013, but took a hiatus from her career to reconnect with her creative (and fishing!) interests. She rejoined the Foundation in 2023 and now balances her professional life with those creative pursuits, including authoring MyDeliciousBlog.com.
She currently serves on the board of Hearts Up for IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities) and is a past board member of Community Youth Development (CYD) and the Sarasota Tarpon Tournament.
