Grant Report

A final grant report must be submitted within 12 months of receiving the grant. Information regarding report will be sent to applicants after a grant has been awarded.

  • For grants awarded prior to May 1, 2025, your grant report will be included with your approved application here.
  • For grants awarded after May 1, 2025, your grant report will be included as a ‘follow-up’ here.

If your organization wishes to extend the grant period, you must receive written permission by emailing impact@cfsarasota.org.

Please note: An incomplete, late, or missing report will delay opportunities to apply for grants in the future.
