Grant Report
A final grant report must be submitted within 12 months of receiving the grant.
Once you log in to the new grant platform here (for applications submitted after May 2025), look at the left-hand menu for the “Assigned to You” section. Under this section, you’ll see “Final Report”. The due date is listed, with a “Start” button to the right of the due date to begin.
*If you are not the original applicant of the grant, the original applicant will need to invite you through the Collaborate feature before you can access the report. Please ask the original applicant to add you as a collaborator, or contact our team for assistance with gaining access.
Applications submitted before May 2025 are located in the old system here.

If your organization wishes to extend the grant period, you must receive written permission by emailing impact@cfsarasota.org.
Please note: An incomplete, late, or missing report will delay opportunities to apply for grants in the future.
