Gassman provided a comprehensive look at Florida’s asset protection laws, covering essential topics such as homestead protection, tenancy by the entirety, Florida’s favorable exemption statutes, and LLC and trust structuring. The session used real-world case studies to emphasize practical applications and ethical considerations, ultimately equipping attendees with the tools needed to shield client assets from creditors and lawsuits.
