New Grant Supports Bradenton's 13th AV Dream Center

It might’ve been a brutally hot summer inside the 13th AV Dream Center when AC units needed to be replaced or repaired in the gym, back office and weight room. But $15,000 grants from both the Bishop-Parker Foundation and the Conrad and Ruth Ann Szymanski Fund, and $13,500 from the Josephine N.P. Robertson Fund, the Thelma B. Merker Charitable Fund II, the Joan Ashley Hodgell Fund and the South West Florida Estate Planning Council Fund at the Community Foundation of Sarasota County kept things chilly.

“I was grateful and proud to be part of a community that pulls together and steps up to support each other in crisis and in unity,” said Chianti Josey, Dream Center business and development manager.
