Director, Donor Engagement
What Lauren Does at the Foundation
As Director of Donor Engagement, Lauren serves as a resource and matchmaker for our donors – helping them to discover their philanthropic passions in the community and to engage in meaningful ways with the important work they make possible. She spends most of her time meeting with donors and acting as a representative of the Community Foundation at various philanthropic events. Lauren’s favorite part of her job is the ever-so-slight reflective pause, and then the subsequent joy that spills over when a donor connects with a cause that is meaningful to them.
When Lauren’s Not Working
In her spare time, Lauren is an accidental entrepreneur who spends her energy working to save babies through her baby box company, Pip & Grow. She loves adventure travel and can pack for a month in a book bag. An avid reader and self-proclaimed nerd, Lauren decompresses through running and CrossFit. She believes strongly in “paying it forward” and is actively engaged in mentoring USF students and young professionals.
