Orientation for Organizations New to The Giving Partner

Thank you for your interest in creating a profile in The Giving Partner.

Having a profile in The Giving Partner is a great way to increase awareness of your organization in our local community. Plus, maintaining a current profile qualifies your organization to apply for grants from the Community Foundation of Sarasota County and participate in the Giving Challenge!

Please be aware that in order to create a profile, your organization must have both of the following:

  1. IRS 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination, and
  2. At least one current program with local impact in at least one of these counties: Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte or DeSoto.

If you meet these requirements, we encourage you to attend this in-person orientation session to learn everything you need to know about creating a profile in The Giving Partner!

Important Note: The deadline to complete a profile in The Giving Partner in order to qualify for the 2020 Giving Challenge (April 28-29, 2020) is January 31, 2020.
