Results First: Tools for High Achievement by Nonprofits
Thursday December 7, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join us for a workshop filled with practical steps to better define, track, verify, and communicate results. Hal Williams, Outcome Guide and lead consultant to Manatee County Government and other investors in our region, will present this lively and interactive workshop. Results First is designed for groups interested in exploring ways to put results at the core of what they do. We suggest that groups consider coming with a team, including: an organizational leader; a board member (board chair would be ideal); one or more leaders of specific programs; staff who directly interact with participants.
